Who we are
The Marketing and Communications team grows brand awareness of HopSkipDrive among key audiences in the communities in which we operate. We own the strategy and execution of work to grow our client base among schools and school districts, and strengthen our reputation among families, riders, policymakers, and other stakeholders leveraging earned, owned, and paid media channels. Reporting to the SVP of Communications and External Affairs, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of our marketing channels, focused on building a strong pipeline and driving increased usage among our clients.
Who you are
We are seeking a seasoned B2B marketing/sales leader with significant experience in B2B, usage-based models. You have a proven track record in driving demand to generate revenue. You’re both creative and live in the metrics, constantly refining strategies to drive results. You are confident pulling all levers necessary to drive demand and working collaboratively with cross-functional partners. Your expertise in demand generation, sales, event marketing, ABM, and paid media will help fuel the next stage of our growth.
As the Vice President of Demand Generation, you are responsible for our top of funnel performance, driving measurable demand and contributing to the ambitious growth and success of our company. You will lead our demand generation channels, managing a team of marketers, sales development representatives, business development and the RFP function, bringing in new clients, fueling pipeline revenue and driving usage amongst clients.

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Los Angeles, CA is $195,000 - $220,000. This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
