Your role at Hostinger


We are looking for a People Operations Specialist who has a passion for technology, innovation, an eye for detail as well as high-quality standards. In this role, you will ensure our HRIS (HiBob) and processes are efficient, legally compliant, meet stakeholder and organization needs, as well as deliver a great user experience. As the main owner of the system, you’ll work with a squad of site admins to set standards, implement efficient solutions, safeguard data integrity, and maximize the system’s potential.

Your day-to-day
  • System Configuration & Maintenance: Manage and optimize our HRIS for seamless, compliant, and user-friendly operations. Conduct regular system audits, address issues promptly through the internal ticketing system, gather and analyze user feedback to identify improvements, and maintain data accuracy through routine cleanups.
  • Process Improvement & Solutions: Proactively identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the user experience. Develop a clear roadmap to prioritize and execute key improvements over time.
  • System Enhancements & Development: Drive the continuous improvement of the HRIS by testing, customizing, and adopting new functionalities. Collaborate with the HRIS account manager and helpdesk to resolve issues, share feedback, and advocate for new feature requests.
  • Data Integrity & Compliance: Ensure the highest standards of data accuracy by implementing preventive measures, performing corrections, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Documentation & Content Management: Create, update, and manage HR content, including guidelines, and procedures, within the company handbook. Handle the preparation of employee contracts, termination documents, and other legal documentation.
  • Stakeholder Support & Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact for users, process owners, site admins, and other stakeholders. Provide training, support, and clear communication to ensure smooth system adoption and usage. 
  • User Feedback & Actionable Insights: Regularly gather and analyze user feedback to identify pain points, propose actionable solutions, and improve the overall system and process experience.
  • System Integration: Set and manage system integrations to ensure seamless workflows and alignment with HR processes, legal standards, and company principles. Continuously evaluate the system’s capabilities to support long-term business strategies and future needs.


Your skills and experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working with HRIS or similar tools. 
  • Passion for working with HR technologies with a desire and curiosity to innovate, optimize processes, find the best solutions and stay on top of HR tech trends.
  • A high level of confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of your work.
  • A sense of ownership and high standards, with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
  • Courage to speak up and share honest feedback, even in challenging situations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Compensation
  • Gross salary from 2630 to 2975 EUR/month (depending on your experience).
