Your role at Hostinger


Senior Community Marketing Specialist is a part of the Hostinger Community team. You'll be responsible for helping build and scale Hostinger’s community function as we lay its foundation. You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment where you can shape the strategy, implement ideas, and take ownership of key initiatives that will grow user engagement and advocacy worldwide. In this role, you’ll have the freedom to test, learn, and create — bringing structure and vision to our community efforts. You'll work cross-functionally with teams like product, customer success, and marketing to ensure the community becomes a strong, connected extension of the Hostinger brand.

Your day-to-day
  • Translate the community strategy into actionable plans, campaigns, and initiatives that drive engagement and value.
  • Build scalable community programs that drive product adoption, peer-to-peer support, and brand loyalty.
  • Develop the structure and operational processes needed to manage and grow an engaged user base.
  • Own and optimize key community platforms (e.g., forums, Discord, Reddit) — ensuring they reflect our voice and values.
  • Partner with product, support, and marketing teams to surface insights, improve user experience, and amplify product launches through the community.
  • Design content and engagement initiatives (e.g. challenges, AMAs, discussions) that activate both new and experienced users.
  • Establish success metrics and reporting processes to measure community health, growth, and impact.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members or collaborators as the community team scales.


Your skills and experience
  • 4+ years of experience in community marketing — ideally in a fast-paced, product-led environment.
  • Track record of launching and scaling community initiatives that drive measurable engagement and user value.
  • Hands-on experience growing and managing platforms like Discord, Reddit, or forums.
  • Excellent English communication skills — you're able to build trust, foster dialogue, and keep things real.
  • Content-savvy: you know how to craft messages, prompts, and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Highly autonomous and self-motivated — you take ownership and make things happen.
  • Analytical mindset — you're comfortable using engagement data to make informed decisions and optimize your efforts.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a growth-focused, feedback-driven culture.
