This position plays a key role in the overall client and employee experience for our Bothell location. If you are a detail-oriented person who possesses enthusiasm and readiness to bring fresh ideas and skills to our team, then this may be the perfect role for you!Ideally, you’ll be well versed in customer service, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The position requires high attention to detail, accuracy, and initiative. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a professional office environment. A background which includes Accounts Receivable experience is helpful. The Front Desk Administrative Assistant works with Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word) daily, and the individual selected for this position will demonstrate strong aptitude in these applications.Responsibilities Include• Represent the company as the first impression for clients and employees contacting or coming into the Bothell office• Answer incoming calls for the office and check the general mailbox voicemails, routing them to the appropriate department or employee• Greet walk-in clients, visitors, and vendors• Accurately and appropriately process client payments and carrier commission checks• Assist management and other support staff with general office administration• Direct incoming packages to the appropriate location and prepare outgoing shipments, including processing overnight mail requests• Triage emailed print requests to other members of the administration and facilities team• Manage access controls with keycards and/or door codes for your assigned office location• Assist any department with printing, assembling, binding, and mailing projects• Assist with planning, set up and clean up for in-office events and celebrations• Maintain the local office’s onsite communication boards for upcoming employee events and company initiativesHere’s What We Can OfferAt HUB, we believe in giving our employees the room and space they need to do their job.
