About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Director of Brand Marketing and Communications to lead our brand and communications strategy, driving brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. As a key leader within the marketing team, you will oversee all brand campaigns, public relations (PR), and communications efforts, ensuring cohesive and impactful messaging across all touchpoints. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and elevating brands, along with exceptional leadership skills to guide a talented team.


Areas of Responsibility
  • Responsible for the strategy, concepting planning, execution, and measurement of integrated brand campaigns.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights to inform future initiatives and optimize ROI.
  • Partner with product with marketing team members to design and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product and product feature launches.
  • Lead the creation of launch campaigns that integrate branding, messaging, and positioning to effectively communicate the value of new products and features.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless execution of launch initiatives, aligning timelines, deliverables, and resources.
  • Measure and report on the success of launch campaigns, applying insights to refine future GTM strategies.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive PR strategy that drives media coverage, manages brand reputation, and builds credibility across key audiences.
  • Serve as the company point of contact as needed, crafting executive communications and preparing leadership for media engagements.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of brand and communications efforts, using metrics to refine strategies and demonstrate impact on key business objectives.
  • Stay informed of industry changes, best practices, and emerging trends to keep the brand’s marketing strategies innovative and relevant.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing and communications, with at least 3 years in a people management role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and communication strategies, with proven work examples
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with experience in managing media relations and creative/PR agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics, brand tracking tools, and digital platforms.


$140,000 - $160,000 a year
