The Marketing, Regulatory and Operational Communications team is seeking a qualified and highly motivated Marketing Campaign Developer Professional 2 focused on providing marketing database management, business data strategy and marketing consultation to support enterprise-wide messaging campaignsAs a Marketing Campaign Developer Professional 2 (or internally known as a Professional 2, Database Marketing), your primary focus will be in the requirements gathering, data mapping, development and execution of our marketing campaigns including direct mail, email, live and automated calls and other digital channels. You will implement best-known practices and develop key relationships with all impacted business areas.Key Role FunctionsPartner with associates in other business areas to define business needs and help translate those needs into system requirementsProvide consultation to partners from the perspectives of database marketing capabilities, best practices, and learnings from past communicationsCollaborate with business partners to implement communication strategies through campaign development, enhancement, and maintenanceData consultation, data strategy and implementation of consumer messaging programsWork with IT and multiple business partners and with proprietary campaign management systems and industry leading Marketing Automation tool for campaign data acquisition, extraction, evaluation and quality assurance testingContinually identify ways to improve and enhance current campaign operational processes, increasing value and usability and optimize end-to-end processDevelop an appropriate knowledge of Humana’s vision and strategy as well as program design to support business strategy ​Use your skills to make an impactRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in math, statistics, computer science or a related quantitative field and a minimum of 1 year of campaign development experience OR a minimum of 3 years of experience without a degreeExperience with at least one of the following tools: Unica, Adobe CampaignSQL programmingExperience with documenting and/or gathering requirementsDatabase marketing including campaign management and coordination, end-user needs identification, specification of content and testing requirementsAd-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extractionWorking with cross functional teams including Information Technology and in-line business teams (e.g. Marketing Communications, Clinical, Web)Possess a keen analytical mindset and the capability to independently navigate and address various prioritiesMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in marketing, communications or businessPrior health insurance industry experienceUnderstanding of marketing metrics and program measurementExperience working with one of the following tools: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)Understanding of MedicaidAdditional InformationThis is a remote role anywhere in the US that will require you to accommodate Eastern Standard Business Hours.To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggestedSatellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadershipEmployees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA informationOur Hiring ProcessAs part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we may contact you via text message and email to gather more information using a software platform called HireVue.
