At CenterWell, Inbound Contacts Representatives serve as advocates for our members. They help to resolve complex questions and pending issues to ensure a perfect member experience.Location: Must reside in one of the following states: KY, IN, CO, FL, OH, TX, AZ, TN, OK, NC or VAShift: This is a part time 20 hour per week role. The hours are:Monday: 8:00AM-6:30PM Eastern (10 hours)Saturday: 8:00AM-6:30PM Eastern (10 hours)Training: The anticipated start date is for this position is 10/7/2024. Training will last from 10/7-12/23 and take place Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-2:00PM Eastern.In this role you will:Work from home in a virtual call-center environment taking inbound calls from CenterWell Pharmacy members.• Multitask in a fast paced environment while navigating between multiple computer applications to access member information and document calls.• Provide a positive experience to our members through active listening skills and effective communication.• Self-manage with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards within established policies/practices and guidelines.• Handle 20 to 40 calls/day on average.#CWPUse your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications• Must reside in one of the following states: KY, IN, CO, FL, OH, TX, AZ, TN, OK, NC or VA• Must be available to work 20 hours per week (2x10 hour days).• Must be able to provide internet connection; a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associatePreferred Qualifications• Previous call center experience• Healthcare or pharmacy knowledge• 1+ year of customer service experienceAdditional InformationAnticipated Start Date/Training Date Depending on Interview Schedule: October 7, 2024Training consists of:• Up to 7 weeks virtual classroom of a class of up to 20 advocates• Up to 5 weeks on the job virtual training• Training activities will include computer learning modules, interactive class presentations and role plays.As part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using an interactive experience called the Virtual Job Experience (VJE).• This will allow you to experience some of the activities our Inbound Contacts Representatives perform in their position and allow us to learn more about you.• Eligibility for this role requires completion of the VJE prior to interviewing for this position.• If selected to move forward in the interview process, you will be prompted to complete the VJE which will be sent to you via email after you apply; you should anticipate 45 to 60 minutes to complete.• You will need a computer or laptop with web access and speakers or headphones.The interview process will consist of the following steps:• Completion of HireVue pre-screening questions sent via text message• Completion of the VJE• HireVue Live Video Interview (if selected, you will receive an email to self-schedule your interview in HireVue.)At Humana, we know your well-being is important to you, and it’s important to us too. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$31,900 - $43,900 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
