Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstHumana’s Corporate Marketing organization is looking for a Technical Senior Product Owner that is Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certified to join the Marketing Regulatory and Operational Communications (MROC) team. If you are ready to join the team of professionals responsible for Humana’s success in delivering messaging to members through direct mail, email, outbound, etc., then this just may be the role for you!As the Technical Senior Product Owner, you will support a Marketing Strategy Team by leading the technical requirements development and documentation of journeys, campaigns, or communications and consults on marketing and communication delivery strategy.Key Role Functions• Coordinate with Marketing Strategy Team to understand and translate requirements into architecture for marketing campaigns, providing consultation around channels and audience targeting• Prioritize activities across development and operations for high quality execution, prioritizing requests, change request, etc.; lead the delivery development team to achieve tasks/milestones• Look for enhancements to the messaging to achieve the strategy/goal of the business• Plan and lead design review sessions with development/delivery team• Collaborate with other work stream professionals to develop integrated solutions and resolve dependencies• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and consolidate across lines of business or products• Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide progress updates and ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues• Identify and research potential pre and postproduction issues and assist in resolution and provide technical support when necessary• Support and execute release planning activities• Identify and escalate infrastructure issues• Promote best practice solutions and integrated applications to reduce costs and improve overall adoption• Ensure clear and effective communication with existing or concurrent projects• Provide coaching and development guidance to delivery team membersTo be successful in this role, you will need to be a highly detail-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills, who is thorough and demonstrates initiative and follow-through. Having a highly collaborative mindset and excellent relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage many diverse stakeholders and subject matter experts is also a must.Only persons with authorization to work permanently in the U.S. need apply. EEOUse your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, IT, Business OR equivalent related experience• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Email Specialist certification• 4+ years of communications, marketing, product owner (indirectly or directly) or related experience• 2+ years of hands-on experience in the SFMC platform• Experience with multi-channel marketing communications• Requirements documentation/story creation experience• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills• Experience with Lucid or a similar tool• Demonstrated skills leading and/or influencing cross-functional teams• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesPreferred Qualifications• Experience with Aprimo, ADO and/or EMME• Previous end-to-end communication experience within Humana• Agile experience• Additional SFMC certificationsAdditional InformationTo ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:• At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested• Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership• Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.• Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA informationOur Hiring ProcessAs part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we may contact you via text message and email to gather more information using a software platform called HireVue.
