The ecommerce Product Analyst role is focused on analyzing, developing & executing on our yearly product roadmap for ecommerce.  We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented eCommerce product analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, analyzing and interpreting marketing and customer data; presenting data insights to business partners to drive decisions.  You will be a partner to our ecommerce development team for development/builds, Site QA, regression testing, supporting requirements writing, UAT & troubleshooting.  You will a part of the cross functional ecommerce team (product, product marketing, development, analytics, etc) to drive a customer-focused roadmap and responsible for website changes related to supporting (1) promotional launches (2) content changes (3) A/B Tests. You will be able to think on your feet, synthesize qualitative & quantitative data focusing on customer site experience & purchasing funnel, ultimately driving Hydrow’s business significantly. 


WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Research: Develop a deep understanding of the customer site experience, the purchasing funnel, and best practices in the direct-to-consumer fitness/whole health industry
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, website metrics, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to optimize product pages, checkout processes, and other ecommerce experiences.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and collaborate with the ecommerce team to implement changes.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross functional teams to translate data insights into action oriented strategies for optimizing product pages, marketing campaigns, and conversion rates.
  • Customer Segmentation: Analyze customer data to identify high-value segments and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Platform Management: drive changes via Shopify & Contentful including promotional / discounting scenarios & merchandising.


WHO YOU ARE
  • Ecommerce Experience: 3+ years of experience in ecommerce analysis or a related field. B2C preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree: ideally in Business, Data Science, Marketing Analytics 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Organization and planning: Strong project management skills including managing deadlines, getting alignment, and delivering analysis and recommendations
  • Analytical Skills: Proven analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • 2+ years of experience with e-commerce or purchasing systems, preferably Shopify & Contentful.  
  • Fluent in analytics tools (Hotjar, Amplitude, Domo). 
  • Previous partnership with development team 
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
