Head of Communication

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic communication plan that supports organizational objectives and enhances brand positioning.

  • Oversee internal communication initiatives to foster employee engagement and ensure transparency throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Manage the company's social media presence, ensuring active engagement and representation of our brand.
  • Monitor industry trends and public sentiment to inform communication strategies and messaging.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for the company, representing ImmersiveTouch at industry events, conferences, and other public engagements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 8 years of experience in communications, public relations, or corporate communication roles, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing effective communication strategies that enhance organizational reputation.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and engaging content.
