The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the COO, ensuring the effective use of their time and productive interactions. This role involves managing complex schedules, preparing meeting materials, organizing travel, and handling sensitive information. The Executive Assistant must be proactive, detail-oriented and must act with discretion, initiative and clear communication. This is a full-time position with hybrid and on-site opportunities available. This position is filling in for the Executive Assistant to the COO while they are on leave. The position will be reassigned to another executive upon their return.
