About the Role


Kinetic Brands is looking for a talented and entrepreneurial Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Brand Team. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management and execution of our influencer marketing programs. You will serve as a key contact for cross-functional teams and assist with coordinating the administrative aspects of influencer outreach and activities, including personalized giftings, partnerships, sponsored content, event planning, and networking.


You will


  • Help lead our brand ambassador program, develop creative briefs and actively manage communication with ambassadors
  • Support the development of influencer marketing strategies and plans, presentations, reports, briefs, collateral, and data analyses as needed
  • Assist the Brand team with administrative tasks, including but not limited to placing product orders, organizing creator content files, managing purchase orders and invoices, shipping and tracking samples and gifts, booking travel, preparing for meetings, and organizing/updating key internal documents and databases
  • Responsibly represent the brand and build and help manage relationships with all influencer partners, talent managers, media, and contacts at each social network
  • Cultivate and apply a keen understanding of the brand’s business, priorities, and overall beauty category
  • Help monitor trends to develop insights that generate ideas for the brand
  • Help with the sourcing of new content creators, aligning on concepts, briefs and negotiating budget, usage and timeline directly
  • Utilize analytics platforms and survey competitive landscape to share insights and trends and related action plans in real-time
  • Help manage annual influencer budget, forecasting, planning and tracking to optimize spend based on business objectives


You have


  • BA or equivalent in relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer relations/marketing/PR 
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Superior time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities / projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated; ability to work independently and within teams
  • Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate obstacles and also quickly generate alternative solutions / ideas
  • Passion for digital, social media, and influencer trends and best practices.
