We are seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to join the senior leadership team within Informa TechTarget Human Resources. In this role, you will work closely with the division’s Chief People Officer to roll out Informa TechTarget’s comprehensive total rewards strategy across all areas, including stock/equity programs. You will lead compensation programs for employees, leveraging in-depth analysis and insights to develop strategic, commercially driven solutions that support business growth within the division.
You will guide business partners and leaders through the annual compensation cycle to ensure clarity, operational excellence, and efficiency. In collaboration with Informa Group’s Global Head of Reward & Benefits and the Reward Leads for our other divisions, you will maintain consistency and alignment in our reward strategies and programs as needed.
Your role will also involve ensuring that our strategies remain competitive in the marketplace, comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, and promote colleague engagement. Key responsibilities will include driving reward policies, managing salary structures, overseeing bonus and commission incentives, and handling stock and equity programs for NASDAQ-listed Informa TechTarget, part of Informa plc, a FTSE 100 company.
