You will own all facets of SEO and SEM, from keyword research and on/off-page optimization to content strategy, link-building, and performance analytics. You will work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure Insurity ranks higher on search engines, attracting new customers and increasing brand visibility. Your ability to combine technical expertise with creative strategies will be essential as you build a world-class SEO program that directly impacts business outcomes.This position may be filled through an employment or consulting relationship on a temporary basis for a period of approximately 12-18 months. A permanent offer of employment may be extended at the end of the contract term, depending on performance and business needs.What Our SEO Manager Will Do• SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that enhances Insurity’s online presence, increases organic search traffic, and drives leads.• Keyword Research & On-Page Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value search terms and integrate them into web pages, blogs, product pages, and other online content. Optimize website architecture and content for maximum search engine visibility.• Technical SEO: Manage technical SEO aspects of the website, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, structured data, and URL optimization to ensure a high-quality user experience and better search engine rankings.• Link Building & Outreach: Develop a robust link-building strategy to earn high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites, improving domain authority and search rankings.• Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Oversee SEM campaigns, including Google Ads and other paid search platforms. Optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and complement organic search efforts.• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console. Report on key SEO metrics (organic traffic, rankings, conversions) and provide actionable insights to improve performance.• Continuous Improvement: Stay current on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
