Join us as Marketing Lead Netherlands & Belgium to spearhead Qonto's ambitious expansion in the Benelux region, one of our highest-potential new markets, launched last October.

You will be instrumental in establishing and growing Qonto's presence in these markets, working closely with Carles to build our brand from the ground up and drive our growth strategy.

ā€¢ Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to establish Qonto's brand positioning in the Netherlands and Belgium

ā€¢ Drive marketing initiatives across multiple channels to achieve ambitious sales targets and increase brand awareness

ā€¢ Coordinate with central teams (SEO, PMM, Website, CRM, etc.) to ensure local market alignment while maintaining global brand consistency

ā€¢ Build and nurture relationships with local journalists, customers, and key stakeholders through events and ecosystem activities (30 to 50% of traveling to the local markets needed)

ā€¢ Manage and optimize a significant marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve growth objectives

You will report to Carles, Managing Director of Spain & New Markets


His path: Carles started his career in Business Development in an international context. He gained knowledge of Spanish and International Tech Market by working for companies such as GoCardless until he joined Qonto in 2019 as our Country Manager in Spain where he built everything from scratch.

ā€¢ Growth Marketing: You have a proven track record in acquisition-focused marketing, preferably in tech, scale-up, or fintech environments

ā€¢ Data-Driven Mindset: You combine strong analytical skills with business acumen to make data-informed decisions

ā€¢ Languages: You are fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
