In this role, you will help our prospects and customers add integration features into their products. Starting from proof-of-concept with the new customers to helping them ship integrations to productions and then keep expanding and improving their integration offerings.
You will work on intersection of business and technical problems, dealing with a range of APIs and use cases across many types of business applications. This role requires quick problem solving, continuous learning, and good attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Understand integration use cases our customers want to build and help implement them using our product.
Answer customer questions about our product and its practical application across variety of use cases.
Help customers figure out external applications and how to integrate with them.
Provide feedback to the Platform team that makes product better in handling use cases you deal with.
(optional) Participate in intro calls to demonstrate our product to potential customers.
(optional) Improve product documentation and other customer-facing artifacts.
(optional) Build re-usable examples and demos of integration functionality.
Requirements
Experience working with SaaS APIs and building integrations, with or without using tools.
Ability to read and understand front-end and backend code.
Ability and desire to work autonomously - there will be no manager to tell you what to do every day.
Great to have
Understanding of business SaaS space (CRMs, task management, accounting, HR tools).
Experience with integrations platforms.
Working knowledge of front-end (react) and backend (node.js) programming.
