Technicien Support IT

Intersec est un éditeur international de logiciels fondé à Paris en 2004, nous proposons des solutions de GeoData aux opérateurs télécoms et aux Etats.

Nous sommes 150 employés dans le monde, et avons des bureaux à Paris (La Défense), Singapour, Dubai.

Nous avons d'abord commencé à développer des logiciels permettant de délivrer de gros volumes de données à grande vitesse pour le secteur des télécoms, avant de développer des technologies de localisation pour les opérateurs. Nos solutions ont été construites à partir de zéro en utilisant les données rapides et l'IA.

Aujourd'hui, plus de 60 clients dans 50 pays nous font confiance pour accéder à la localisation de près d'un milliard de personnes et d'objets connectés. Ils exigent une combinaison de vitesse et de précision de localisation, parallèlement à une compréhension de leurs défis uniques de mise en œuvre.

Nos produits axés sur l'industrie leur permettent de transformer les géo-données en informations exploitables dans les domaines de la sécurité publique, du marketing contextuel, de la publicité géolocalisée, des villes intelligentes et de la gestion des flottes d'objets connectés (IoT).

Nous recherchons un(e) Techinicien(ne) Support IT pour épauler Clément notre Head of Platform Engineering au quotidien.

Nous sommes basés à La Défense.
Ce rôle ayant une forte interface et assistance aux équipes, le rythme de télétravail est de 1 jour fixe par semaine.

Votre objectif :

  • Assurer le suivi des demandes des utilisateurs.
  • Assurer la maintenance préventive des PCs et des serveurs.
  • Rétablir le service lors de pannes (serveurs Linux, firewalls, switches, etc.).

Vos misions principales :

Suivi des demandes des utilisateurs (70%) :

  • Onboarding, Offboarding : Gérer l'intégration et le départ des utilisateurs.
  • Résolution des problèmes des utilisateurs
  • Gestion du hardware : Commande de matériel informatique et suivi des stocks.
  • Gestion des droits et groupes : Administration des droits et groupes d'utilisateurs sur Microsoft Azure.
  • Gestion des VMs sur Proxmox : Mise en place et suivi des processus de gestion des machines virtuelles.
  • Modifications de Firewall : Traitement des demandes de modification des règles de firewall.

Maintenance préventive du parc informatique (30%) :

  • Serveurs : Mise à jour des serveurs
  • Laptops :

o Mise en place et configuration des politiques de sécurité adaptées (pare-feu, antivirus, etc.).

o Surveillance proactive des systèmes pour détecter et remédier aux failles de sécurité.

  • Hardware : maintenance des équipements réseau (switch, firewall).
  • Maintenance des serveurs : surveillance et maintenance régulière des serveurs.

Pour réussir dans ce rôle :

  • Anglais niveau technique B1+/B2.
  • Vous êtes moteur et force de proposition.
  • Vous avez le sens du résultat et du service client auprès de vos clients internes
  • Vous êtes organisé(e) et savez anticiper votre travail
  • Vous êtes curieux/se et restez à jour des bonnes pratiques dans votre domaine
  • Systèmes d’exploitation : Maîtrise de Linux et des systèmes Windows.
  • Virtualisation : Bonne connaissance de Proxmox et des environnements de virtualisation.
  • Réseaux : Compétences en gestion des réseaux.
  • Gestion de l’active directory Azure : Maîtrise de Microsoft Azure AD, notamment la gestion des droits et des groupes.
  • Automatisation : Connaissance des scripts (bash, PowerShell, ansible) pour automatiser les tâches de maintenance et de déploiement.
  • Communication : Excellentes compétences en communication pour collaborer avec les utilisateurs et les autres services informatiques.
  • Gestion de matériel informatique : Connaissance de la gestion du matériel (laptops, serveurs, équipements réseau).
  • Outils de Collaboration : Connaissance de SharePoint et des solutions de partage de documents.
