Your Role


Intradiem is looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to take charge of our Salesforce implementation and customization. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in Salesforce and have the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions. This role will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and optimizing our Salesforce platform to enhance productivity and streamline processes.

 

Your Responsibilities


  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to address business needs. Develop custom Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and Apex classes to enhance functionality.
  • Manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure data integrity and access control.
  • Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data quality management. Administer data backups and ensure data integrity.
  • Create and manage process builder and Flows to automate business processes and reduce manual tasks.
  • Create and manage approval processes in Salesforce, streamlining how records like purchase orders, expenses, or contracts are routed for approval.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using middleware tools. This involves mapping data fields, creating data flows, and ensuring data consistency between systems.
  • Monitor the integrations for errors and implementing robust error-handling mechanisms is crucial; log errors, provide alerts, and ensure that data consistency is maintained even in the face of integration issues.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for business users. Use Salesforce reporting tools to provide data insights.
  • Document and maintain configuration, processes, and procedures.
  • Meet with business leaders and end users to understand use cases, department procedures, and create solutions to meet those needs.
  • Write user stories based on end user feedback and develop using the Agile methodology.
  • Support large Salesforce projects with the best interest of architecture in mind, scalability, and streamlining processes.

 

Your Background


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer/Administrator, including custom development, data modeling, and integration.
  • Experience in Agile framework
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features and capabilities.
  • Proficiency Visualforce, Lightning components, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Knowledge of best practices for data security and compliance.
