Project Manager (Large-Scale Investment Projects)

At Invest Lithuania, you'll be co-creating the country's future. We are an ambitious team making Lithuania a draw for global business. We are looking for ambitious and passionate Project Manager who is going to coordinate strategic national and foreign large-scale manufacturing projects, ensure their smooth implementation and maintain constant relationships with national and local government institutions. 

 

What will you be doing?  

  • Coordinating strategic national and foreign large-scale manufacturing projects, being their partner in all project implementation stages. 
  • Consulting on emerging issues, such as legal, infrastructure, permitting, state aid, labor, migration and others. 
  • Aiding in the removal of any obstacles the project faces. 
  • Generating ideas on improving the investment climate in Lithuania if it is the best solution to the successful implementation of the strategic projects. 
  • Creating and maintaining a wide network of stakeholders (central and local government institutions, any other organizations or partners), attending various meetings with them representing strategic project needs and interests. 

What do we expect from you?  

  • Higher education preferably in Law, Business, Economics, International Relations, Management, etc. 
  • Your unique experience – at least 5 years in complex project management and/or business consultancy/development. 
  • Strong project management, stakeholders’ management, risk assessment skills.  
  • Experience with energy projects or in-depth knowledge of manufacturing or real estate processes in Lithuania will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, leadership skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian. 
  • Creativity and drive to improve, learn and achieve big results – in other words, a desire to challenge and change the status quo.
