Job Description Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Community Manager to manage the day-to-day operations at our conventional multi-family community, Waverly Gardens (147 units) in Portland, OR. This role includes managing team members, daily activities, and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals and ensures that the operation of the property complies with company policies and procedures and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.

Have at least one year of experience working as a Community Manager OR two or more years as an Assistant Manager

Familiarity with Oregon Landlord Tenant Laws

Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook) 

Familiarity with Yardi and Tenant Tech

Make prompt decisions under pressure

Be able to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property
