As our chosen Assistant Community Manager, every day you will assist in all aspects of customer service and foster a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with residents, communities, and associated agencies. Perform all duties as assigned by the Community Manager. Rio Verde (287 Spaces) is a beautiful Manufactured Housing Community in Auburn, WA and we want YOU to be our Assistant Manager!

To thrive in this role:

Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Superior customer service skills

Have knowledge of Manufactured Housing and RV Parks

Bonus Skills

Knowledge of Manage America
