We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Based Marketing Manager to join our growth marketing team. You’ll own the strategy and execution of our ABM programs, helping us win our most strategic accounts. You’ll have the opportunity to build the program from the ground up and lay the foundation needed to help us continue to grow and expand in the enterprise. You’ll partner closely with our field marketing, sales, customer success, marketing ops, and brand teams to deliver highly tailored, personalized and impactful multi-channel programs that engage and convert key accounts.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Strategy development: Create a best-in-class account based marketing function that drives alignment across go-to-market to win and grow our top accounts. Deeply understand how to target, engage, and convert our enterprise buyers. Focus on 1:1, highly customized and targeted strategies that move prospects and customers through the funnel.

  • Campaign execution: Plan, build, and manage 1:1 and 1:few programs for highly targeted account lists. Partner closely with the marketing team to create multi-channel programs - get creative and delight our audience.

  • Measurement & Insights: Measure the effectiveness of ABM programs and consistently report out on progress and learnings, looking at metrics across top of funnel engagement, pipeline contribution, and revenue.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Become a trusted partner to Sales and deeply understand our GTM motions. Work closely with field marketing to align activities and partner across the marketing and operations teams to bring initiatives to life.

  • ABM technology: Leverage and optimize our ABM tech stack (6sense, Mutiny, Postal, Actively etc.) to support overall marketing goals, partnering closely with Marketing Ops. Leverage ICP & intent signals to drive focus in the right areas.

Key Skills:

  • 7+ years in marketing

  • 5+ years of demonstrated ABM success

  • Proven experience running 1:1 ABM programs to break into fortune 2000 companies

  • Strong cross-channel expertise: Strong understanding of demand generation across multiple channels

  • Strong program management skills: Plan, manage and partner with broader marketing team to deliver multi-channel campaigns

  • Proficient with 6sense, Marketo and Salesforce

  • Strong analytical skills: you take a data-driven approach to understanding what’s working and not working

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management: You’re great at building cross functional relationships and you can present a compelling strategy to get buy-in

Base Salary Range: $135,000 - $165,000

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
