Media Analyst

Are you passionate about diving deep into media to uncover impactful insights? Do you thrive on delivering high-quality reports that empower clients to make informed decisions about their brand and reputation? If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Media Analyst!

As a Media Analyst, this is what you'll do:

You'll play a crucial role in providing clients with high-quality insight reports and analysis on their media impact, sentiment, brand monitoring and reputation. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

  • Provide high-quality and customised media analysis services to clients, interpreting data into insights based on the client’s needs
  • Develop strong and value-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders 
  • Work collaboratively with our Data Analyst and Editing teams to develop creative solutions and manage projects effectively to client outcomes
  • Be a collaborative and curious Insights team member, who contributes to the broader team and the work

  • Degree in Media/Communications or a degree with foundations in Media Research/Market Research desired
  • Genuine knowledge/interest in news and current affairs, and communication; knowledge of ANZ media landscape
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel, SQL, Tableau
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English; excellent written and verbal communication skills
