Multimedia Specialist

IT Concepts, Inc. (ITC) seeks an experienced Multimedia Specialist to support a DOD SOCOM opportunityThe Multimedia Specialist is critical in designing, producing, and delivering high-quality multimedia content that supports operational objectives, training, public affairs, and internal communications. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set in graphic design, video production, photography, and animation to effectively communicate messages across various platforms while adhering to strict security and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop multimedia content that supports the project’s training, communications, and information-sharing initiatives.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to create visual materials, videos, and animations communicating complex information.
  • Works on developing layouts, iconography, website designs, logos, and illustrations that align with project goals and enhance user experience.
  • Operates video production equipment, directs multicamera setups, and generates on-screen text and graphics to create professional-quality video content.
  • Conducts post-production editing to ensure that multimedia content meets project standards and is delivered on time.
  • Provides recommendations on using multimedia tools and techniques to improve the quality and effectiveness of content.
  • Ensures that all multimedia activities comply with project regulations and security protocols.
  • Continuously evaluates new multimedia technologies and methodologies to enhance content development capabilities.

Location: On-site in Tampa, FL

  • Junior level: A Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Substitutions for education:
    • Associate's degree plus 4 years of work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
    • 6 years of work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Adobe Create Suite and/or other multimedia production tools

Preferred:

  • Ability to work with teams, but self-motivated to complete projects on your own
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and creativity
  • Ability to work entirely on-site with minimal accommodation
  • Experience supporting a federal client

Clearance:

  • Must have active DOD Top Secret Clearance
