IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiting Lead to help us hire top talent. As a Recruiting Lead at IXL, you will act as a player/coach on a talented team of technical recruiters and help drive the strategy from sourcing to hire. You will source and work closely with individual candidates as well as with hiring managers and peers across all technical teams within IXL to ensure that we hire the best individuals to work toward our mission.
This is a full-time position in our San Mateo, CA headquarters office. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Recruiting.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 to $145,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
