Responsibilities
  • Designing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies that align with company objectives,
  • Configuring campaigns using the CRM tool, conducting email testing, and ensuring seamless project tracking,
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on customer segments, KPIs, and campaign performance
  • Developing segmentation strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through targeted campaigns,
  • Designing customer journeys based on transactional and behavioral data, closely monitoring performance to enhance upselling, cross-selling, retention, and churn management outcomes,
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including data, product, and other marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding,
  • Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to ensure competitive advantage.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role,
  • Proficiency in digital tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Firebase, and Adjust
  • Ability to interpret marketing data, analyze campaign performance, and derive actionable insights,
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams,
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously,
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment,
  • A growth mindset and a willingness to learn new tools and strategies,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
