Job Description

To start with, the position of e-Commerce Content Specialist sits comfortably in the digital marketing team. An incredibly diverse team that helps each other learn, grow, and develop—just how we like it! As a Global Content Campaign Manager, you will be asked to develop the DTC content strategy within existing creative concepts and manage execution and implementation to drive Tassimo’s global online presence, ensuring its growth as a premium and successful brand in the digital e-commerce world. For this, we don’t just need you to be a knowledgeable professional but also strongly rely on your interpersonal skills as well as your drive for success. Know that you’ll have a crucial role in creating and protecting the impact we look for in our value chain.

With this said, we like you to take responsibility over the following tasks:

  • Develop the digital content strategy with a high focus on DTC targets and KPIs while aligning with brand managers on the global brand strategy.
  • Create and manage a content roadmap, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and achieving set campaign deadlines.
  • Develop and implement an SEO roadmap, focusing on optimizations that increase quality SEO traffic and conversions.
  • Oversee all agency communication and deliverables, ensuring efficiency and consistency across local markets and brand teams.
  • Analyze content performance metrics by identifying and tracking key metrics that support KPI growth, implementing actions based on consumer research, and improving the consumer digital journey.
  • Manage budgets for content, and SEO to ensure content is produced efficiently while staying within budget constraints.
  • Align DTC content activities with the global brand strategy to drive brand consistency and digital engagement.
  • Act as the key liaison between digital global brand managers and local marketing teams, ensuring seamless stakeholder management and content alignment.
  • Set up and maintain a content dashboard to track performance, take action based on data-driven insights, and continuously improve content strategies.

By taking ownership of these responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in driving Tassimo’s digital content strategy, ensuring its continued success in the e-commerce space.

Qualifications

We are looking for a collaborative and strategic digital marketing professional with a drive for excellence. Someone that holds themselves accountable and doesn’t shy away from responsibility. Given the nature of the role, we feel it's important for you to have a certain level of experience in digital content production and project management as well as a solid understanding of your own added value. We thrive in diverse teams and look for people that appreciate that as much as we do.

We can give you a list of “must haves,” however, that’s not how we view your candidacy. We do, of course, take into consideration how much experience you have with digital content development, online performance tracking, and stakeholder management, but ultimately, we look at the bigger picture.

But to give you a bit of guidance as to what we feel is needed in this role, we’ll share our “nice to have” list with you:
· Experience from digital marketing development projects
· Proven ability to manage external vendors and internal teams within budget
· Strong understanding of media and website analytics tools, preferably Google Analytics
· Ability to identify unmet needs that drive brand growth
· Fluency in English with excellent communication, strategic, and analytical skills
· Detail-oriented mindset with a high focus on meeting specifications and deadlines
