About The Role

As a Global Alliance Lead (Strategy Consulting) at Jasper, you will manage and grow strategic relationships with Strategy & Management Consulting Firms (McKinsey, Bain, etc.). This individual will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and expanding Jasper’s reach and influence across enterprise markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas with Consulting Partners, building our joint-GTM strategies & offerings, exceptional relationship management, Automation/Generative AI/MarTech SaaS experience, and a passion for innovation in AI and technology.

This fully remote role reports to the Head of GSI Partnerships and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

 What you will do at Jasper

  • Drive Durable Alliance Growth Strategies: Own the relationship, strategy, and growth of each Alliance in your portfolio, focusing on both Client & Alliance Partner’s profitability & success. 

  • Develop & Lead Go-To-Market Activities: Co-develop and execute global go-to-market strategies with Alliance partners, including joint marketing campaigns, solution launches, and customer success initiatives.

  • Develop & Execute Alliance Offering Strategy: Collaborate with Alliance partners to develop joint value propositions, Jasper-related offerings, solution frameworks, and sales enablement resources to drive co-selling motions across parties.

  • Lead & Own Alliance-Related Revenue Growth: Drive incremental revenue through collaborative business planning, pipeline development, and deal acceleration with Alliance partners (sell-to, sell-thru, & sell-with).

  • Develop & Own Enablement Strategies: Build out GTM/Delivery enablement plans across Practices/Service Lines, Delivery Centers, & Priority Account Teams to support sales pursuits & customer delivery (at attractive margins for Alliance partners).

  • Performance Management: Establish KPIs and track the success of Alliance partnerships, delivering regular updates to both Jasper & Alliance senior leadership and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Product Strategy: Work closely with Alliance Partners to develop joint strategies that drive adoption and usage of Jasper capabilities, including platform feedback.

  • Support Internal Collaboration: Partner with Jasper Go-To-Market, Customer Success, Engineering/Product/Design, and Operations teams to align on goals and drive product adoption.

  • Thought Leadership: Represent Jasper at Alliance & Industry events, conferences, and Partner forums to elevate our brand and influence in the Alliance ecosystem.

What you will bring to Jasper

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in global alliance management, partnerships, or business development, with a proven track record of working with GSIs and/or Strategy/Management Consultancies. 3+ years of Enterprise SaaS Field sales experience is preferred.

  • Industry & Technology Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Consulting ecosystem/business model and enterprise technology landscape, including Generative AI, Large-Language Models, MarTech Stack (CMS, DAM, etc.), iPaaS/Automation, or related fields.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft and execute partnership strategies that align with Jasper’s vision and revenue goals & associated goals of Alliances.

  • Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all organizational levels.

  • Results-Oriented: A history of delivering measurable results in 1) partner-led revenue growth, 2) joint offering/solution development, & 3) client-facing enterprise sales roles. 

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a willingness to adapt and pivot as needed.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel to meet with Partners and attend key events. Travel is anticipated at 25-30% of the role and predominantly within the US. International travel may be relevant.
