Do you want to shape the future of a fast-growing, high-impact fintech startup? We’re looking for a driven Talent Sourcer to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing the game-changers who will fuel Jerry’s continued success! At Jerry, hiring isn’t just important — it’s a cornerstone of our strategy for growth and innovation. As a Talent Sourcer, you'll act as a strategic thought partner, working closely with hiring managers and recruiters to identify and attract the highest caliber of talent.

You will take on some of our most critical and challenging searches, spanning every corner of the business — from product, engineering, and data science to marketing, legal, and people operations. Every hire you make will directly contribute to our mission and the massive growth we expect in 2025. How you will make an impact:

  • Source top talent for mid-to-senior level roles across a variety of business functions including product management, software engineering, data science, product design, user research, growth marketing, creative production, legal, editorial content, human resources, finance and operations

  • Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other niche community platforms

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and implement effective sourcing and outreach strategies tailored to specific roles

  • Identifying talent dense companies and industry-leading organizations in order to source top tier candidates from centers of excellence

  • You are a high achiever and are always raising the bar for yourself and for those around you

  • You are as comfortable operating within defined parameters as you are with a high degree of ambiguity

  • You have a learner's mindset and love being challenged with complex tasks

  • You are highly ambitious and eager to elevate your talent sourcing techniques to the next level

Ideal profile:

  • Basic proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search

  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience at a fast-paced contingency or recruiting agency, with a proven track record of success

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
