One of our companies is currently looking for a Manager, Marketing Analytics in the United States.

In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive customer retention and improve business performance. By analyzing customer data, creating segmentation models, and collaborating with various teams, you will provide insights that shape marketing strategies. You will also play a key part in optimizing decision-making processes, utilizing tools like SQL and analytics platforms to track key customer metrics and drive growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Analyze and interpret customer data using SQL and other tools, providing actionable insights to drive business performance.
  • Develop and refine customer segmentation models to inform marketing strategies and improve customer retention.
  • Track and report on key customer metrics, such as churn, retention rate, and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Engagement and BI, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and refine strategies.
  • Design and implement A/B tests to assess the impact of marketing and product initiatives.
  • Work with Data Engineering to deploy scalable, production-ready analytics solutions and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant business experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics or customer insights within an eCommerce environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to optimize complex queries and work with large datasets.
  • Experience in statistical analysis, A/B testing methodologies, and translating data into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Competitive salary range of $120,000—$135,000 USD annually.
