Salary $110,000 - $140,000 per year A Bit About Us We are a growing, family-owned, heavy civil construction company that has immediate openings for an experienced heavy civil construction superintendent to support our Washington and Idaho State operations.Why join us?We Value Our Employees• Competitive Salary• Company Healthcare plans• HSA plan is 100% employer-paid and provides a generous monthly company-sponsored contribution.• Company vehicle with a fuel card.Job DetailsSuccessful candidates will have 5+ years’ construction heavy civil experience in the public and private sectors, and large-scale heavy civil experience is required.Experience in earthwork and underground utilities in both the public/private sectors is required. Experience in structural concrete, mechanical systems in transportation, dams/hydro, and water wastewater is welcomed.Desired Skills And Knowledge• Proven ability to manage multiple crews on multiple jobs, managing up to 25 persons• Experience with heavy civil projects.• Participate in training and adhere to strict safety policies• Ability to take direction from customers to complete tasks and meet job site goals• Be a proactive team member to achieve a high-quality completed product for our clients• Experience and working knowledge of heavy equipment & Trimble GPS systems• Experience using HCSS HeavyJob & HeavySafety (Vista and HCSS) (Estimating)Requirements• Valid driver’s license• Ability to work in the United States• Must have a recent work history and at least 10 years of verifiable work experience managing projects in a similar environment• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bending, twisting, and turning to complete manual labor tasksInterested in hearing more?
