Here are some of the specifics we would be interested in...Responsibilities• Prepare and submit invoices to clients using various billing software such as Aderant and eBilling• Review and verify accuracy of billing data, including time entries, expenses, and rates• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure all billable hours are captured and invoiced• Respond to client inquiries and resolve billing issues in a timely manner• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment• Maintain billing records and reports for management review• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processesQualifications• 2+ years of experience in legal billing or related field• Strong proficiency in Aderant or collections plus eBilling software• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred, but not requiredInterested in hearing more?
