Their commitment to excellence and sustainable growth sets them apart as a driving force in the industry.Why join us?MedicalDentalVision401KPTOBonusJob Details Receive Accounts Payable Invoices and ensures proper coding and signature authority. Review all accounts payable invoice batches from AP clerk for accuracy. Work closely with AP Clerk to ensure timely payment of invoices. Compiles and reviews monthly Bank Draw with Senior Project Accountant to coincide with Title Draw. Review Share Point to ensure all draw documents have been uploaded. Ensure all contractor and sub tier lien releases are collected once payment is ready. Maintain the Notice to Owner Log. Performs other duties as required.
