ADP Payroll Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a healthcare client in Los Angeles, CA that is seeking an ADP Payroll Coordinator.Summary:Under the oversight of the Payroll Supervisor, the Payroll Coordinator I will process biweekly payroll using the ADP system Enterprise HR and ADP TLM, eTime. They will manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely. The ADP Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for accurately maintaining, organizing, and auditing designated group of employees' payroll. They will create basic ad hoc reports utilizing ADPR, and monitor and review designated employee TLM time records and EV5 employee information.REQUIREMENTS:Education: High School diploma/GED or equivalent required; Some college coursework is preferred• Payroll Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of payroll training and/or experience is required, demonstrating proficiency in payroll functions• Payroll Processing Expertise: Experience processing biweekly payroll using ADP systems, specifically ADP Enterprise HR, ADP TLM, and eTime• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage payroll transactions accurately and ensure timely processing of payroll• Data Organization and Auditing: Ability to maintain, organize, and audit payroll records for a designated group of employees• Reporting Skills: Proficient in creating basic ad hoc reports using ADP reporting tools (ADPR)• Time and Attendance Management: Experience in monitoring and reviewing employee time records, including TLM time tracking and EV5 employee information• Communication Skills: Bilingual in Spanish preferred to effectively communicate with diverse employees and teamsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
