Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/ .The Group Product Director will be responsible for continuing to develop a comprehensive plan to lead the lifecycle strategies of TNF assets and, building a comprehensive lifecycle strategy designed for patients to start and stay on these therapies. This role would also include the ongoing evolution of J&J strategy for Immunology IV portfolio within the US. This will require developing and evolving value propositions for multiple stakeholders, to effectively compete in the market. The Group Product Director will work closely with multiple functions including Marketing, Strategic Customer Group, Commercial Excellence, Field teams, Medical Affairs, New Business Development, Regulatory R&D, Legal, Corporate Communications, and outside vendors to effectively develop strategies and implement key commercial activities across multiple channels. The position will lead a team of marketing professionals and help develop the marketing and leadership competencies of the team. The Group Product Director will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the marketing team members to succeed in their current roles and prepare them for future opportunities.Key Responsibilities• The Group Product Director will be accountable for forecasts, performance, and all relevant financial updates (including budget) for the TNF brands.• The Group Product Director will generate insights through use of secondary data, market research, voice of customer and experience with the access environment. These insights will then translate to strategy development which will include, but not be limited to, brand messaging, access and pricing strategies, field support and innovative partnerships.• They will coordinate customer engagements with the Strategic Customer Group and appropriate Immunology field teams.• Develop innovative pricing and contracting strategies in close collaboration with the VAP team.• Responsible for providing guidance and accountability for short and long-term financial forecasts for all TNF assets. Work with internal partners to develop and validate innovative approaches to maintain J&J's share of the therapies.• Maintain and evolve patient support capabilities for the relevant brands with the support of PECS• Track and monitor competitive activities and regulatory submissions to develop organizational perspective on future competitive landscape. Works within regulatory guidelines to achieve goals.• Engage senior leadership team to secure alignment to position the portfolio for short-term and long-term success.This is not a comprehensive listing of job functions. Other duties may be assigned.Education:• A minimum of a B.A./B.S. is required; MBA or other related advanced degree is a plusRequiredExperience and Skills:• Minimum 10 years relevant experience (e.g., Market Access, Marketing, Management, SCG, Pricing, etc. - other relevant experience will be considered) of which there is some demonstrated access, pricing, or payer experience with proven performance• Demonstrated ability to activate teams to deliver on business objectives.• The candidate must be an innovator, proactive, strong analytically and resilient with excellent overall comprehension of the value drivers of Immunology and our customers. Must be capable of leading and prioritizing multiple commitments.• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment. Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel.• Builds effective teams that work well across functions and groups. Comfortable taking calculated risks and proposing new approaches to business opportunities.• Skilled in conveying complex ideas with impact across a varied audience.
