Senior Visual Designer

Develop and execute innovative visual design concepts that align with Johnson & Johnson's brand image and messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and research, to understand project goals and requirements. Lead the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring designs meet quality standards and project deadlines. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual design, and integrate them into design projects. Create and maintain brand guidelines and design standards to ensure consistency across all visual materials. Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and use this information to inform design decisions. Present design ideas and strategies to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback into final designs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project timelines. Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills and achieve their potential.
