Staff Accountant

Vasion is looking for a full-time Staff Accountant, who exemplifies our core values and wants to be part of our growing team. Vasion offers a flexible working environment for our 300+ employees worldwide, including at our global headquarters in St. George, Utah, or in one of our other offices in the UK, Germany, and Lehi, Utah. 

As a Staff Accountant, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our accounting processes by performing a variety of critical financial tasks. You’ll leverage your knowledge of accounting principles and the business as well as your attention to detail to support the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

What you’ll do:

  • Facilitate accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, payment preparation, and vendor communication.
  • Properly file receipts and maintain records in accordance with state and federal regulations
  • Ensure employee compliance with the company’s expense policy
  • Assist in reconciling company credit card statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy
  • Help manage invoice payments by sending bill reminders, processing payments, and liaising with clients as needed
  • Handle additional tasks and assignments as requested to support the Finance team

  • At least 1 year of bookkeeping or general accounting experience (required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (required)
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English (required)
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar accounting software (a plus).
