Responsibilities: Oversee the creation of high-quality content for test prep and college readiness, collaborate with teams for product positioning and launch strategies, and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
Skills: Experience in content development, project management, educational publishing or EdTech; strong writing, editing, and communication skills; familiarity with instructional design principles and data-informed content decisions.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field; 5+ years in relevant experience; knowledge of high school curriculum standards is preferred.

The Director, Content and Strategy, High School Segment supports our high school segment, which offers test prep and college and career readiness solutions for AP, ACT, SAT, and related programs. This role requires a blend of content development, product marketing, and project management skills to drive the creation, positioning, and execution of high-quality educational content, program design, and resources. This role also collaborates across multiple teams, including sales, technology, operations and marketing, to ensure the success of our high school product offerings.

For full-time positions, Kaplan has two Salary Grades, this position is Salary Grade B: $64,000 - $202,600. Actual compensation for this role is determined by several factors including but not limited to job level, candidate's skills, experience, and education, among other factors determined by the business.
