We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architect to join our clients’ dynamic team in Orlando.  This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects across various sectors while growing within a collaborative and innovative environment.

 

The Architect will be responsible for leading and contributing to design projects, preparing construction documents, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. This role requires proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of building codes and regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative design concepts in collaboration with the team.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation.
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of quality work.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other disciplines.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
  • Conduct site visits and field surveys as needed.
  • A degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5-10 years of professional architectural experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related design software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in commercial or hospitality projects is preferred but not required.
  • Architectural licensure in Texas is a plus.
  • Salary up to $100k depending on experience, plus annual bonuses
  • 401(k) plan, Health Insurance, PTO
