Manager of Franchise Development - job 1 of 2

Our client is seeking a Franchise Development Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing new franchise partners to expand the company’s franchise network. Your expertise in franchise development will be crucial in driving the overall growth strategy and ensuring the success of the franchise operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential franchise opportunities through market research and outreach efforts.
  • Lead the franchise recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new franchise partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees, providing them with necessary resources and support.
  • Conduct franchise presentations and informational seminars to attract potential franchise partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create effective franchise marketing materials and initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform franchise development strategies.
  • Proven experience in franchise development or a related role, ideally within the retail industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a background in recruiting franchise partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic approaches to franchise growth.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for prospecting and supporting franchise partners.
