Brown House Properties, a family owned and well-established property management company, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join their team in the Waterville, Maine office!
The Maintenance Technician will work independently as well as part of the team to keep our properties running smoothly. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks such as facilities repairs, as well as occasional painting, cleaning, and light landscaping.
