As a Remote Advanced Practice Clinician at knownwell, your primary responsibilities involve delivering exceptional medical care in a virtual setting, specifically for adults and pediatric patients aged 12 and over. You will conduct patient examinations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with a collaborative care team to ensure that every patient receives the support they need. Your role also includes timely communication with patients through our portal, documenting required information for accurate billing, and providing ongoing guidance to nursing teams and medical assistants as needed.

To be eligible for the Remote Advanced Practice Clinician position at knownwell, you must have a Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies, along with the appropriate certification. Additionally, at least two years of clinical experience in an ambulatory care setting is required, preferably with experience in chronic condition management and weight management. Candidates should hold an active license to practice in Massachusetts and communicate effectively while embodying the values of inclusive and compassionate healthcare.

The work schedule for a Remote Advanced Practice Clinician at knownwell is designed to promote a healthy work-life balance. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling that allows for a blend of patient contact hours and administrative time. Most importantly, there are no scheduled evening or weekend responsibilities, except for an on-call rotation that occurs every 7-8 weeks, averaging less than one call per week!
