This position is no longer open for applications Salary: USD70 - USD90 per hourWe have partnered with our client in their search for a UX Designer.Our User Experience Designer is responsible for creating and monitoring user experience and ensuring that our product is easy to use and gains adoption. Apart from designing the User Experience, your duties include reviewing user feedback to determine potential defects or areas for clarity/efficiency. You will work closely with the rest of the team to refine user experience and perform usability tests on our product and features to ensure intuitive, clean and simple functionality.Responsibilities:Work closely with the Product Owner/Manager (as well as the Engineering team) to:Research target user groups to help understand user needs and the needs of the larger market - and then how it relates to experience, revenue and engagementUnderstand current market productsUnderstand the desired product versus user psychology and predict what can satisfy bothDesign a clean and intuitive User Experience for our mobile users encompassing all of the key featuresCreate high-quality designs through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards and site mapsDrive visionary experiences against competitor products and industry trendsPartner closely with the UI Engineers and Backend Engineers to turn your vision into a working product designExperience with industry standard UX tools, such as Balsamiq, Figma, UXCamExperience with gamingExperience with Jira, Story creation, ScrumMinimum 10 years experience in designing world-class User Experience solutions on cross-platform mobile products, in an Agile environmentAbility to succinctly present to a wide range of stakeholders - from technical to business - in an easily digestible mannerSoftware Engineering experience is a plus, but not requiredTitle: UX DesignerLocation: Holmdel, NJCompensation: $80-90/hour#J-18808-Ljbffr
