Senior Creative Designer

The opportunity:
  • As a Senior Creative Designer, you'll play a vital role in designing and delivering high-quality materials that help us build client relationships and win proposals. You'll work closely with the Design Team Lead, Partners, and Directors, ensuring our global brand standards are met while mentoring and guiding junior designers.


Day to day you will:
  • Collaborate with other members of the Design Team to create compelling solutions that support client needs.
  • Produce client proposals, reports, presentations, marketing materials, and more, adhering to KPMG’s global brand standards.
  • Utilise Adobe Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint for professional deliverables across various mediums.
  • Retouch images and manage brand imagery.
  • Film and edit videos and animations.
  • Serve as a mentor to junior designers and manage the team when needed.
  • Champion KPMG’s brand elements and guidelines across the firm.


About you:
  • 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong creative portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
  • A genuine passion for graphic design.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (in particular PowerPoint), and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiar with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency operating mirrorless digital cameras and experience in video filming/editing an advantage.
  • UI experience to create visual appealing components for our websites and microsites an advantage.
  • Proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building relationships.
  • PC and Mac familiarity, and the ability to work across both platforms.
  • Able to confidently present conceptual ideas to various stakeholders.
  • Experience in inspiring, supporting and mentoring other designers.
  • Strong time management skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and resilient under pressure.
