L1 Support Engineer- Operations (Chennai)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operational support, front-line management of incidents, issues and queries.
• Attending to system alerts and follow SOP to resolve and escalate to Level 2 support
• Responsible for resolving issues as per knowledge article instructions
• Follows Organization support standards, processes and guidelines
• Present and communicate effectively on findings to peers, management and other stakeholders.
• Be a team player that collaborates and shares experience and expertise with the rest of the team

Requirements:

• Must have a valid 3-year or 4-year degree.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Cloud Level 1 support.
• Basic knowledge of Cloud / AWS.
• Basic knowledge of Linux / Windows Operating system.
• Must be willing to work in night and weekend shifts.

Good to Have:

• Experience in Jira
• Basic knowledge of Docker and Software Development Lifecycle
