Job Title : UI UX DesignerJob Description:We're looking for a Junior Experience Designer to join our Structured Finance Group design team. In this role, you'll support the creation of customer-centered experiences that simplify complex financial information. You'll work closely with designers, product managers, and developers, gaining hands-on experience across the full design process from research and ideation to prototyping and feedback.What You'll Do:• Assist in Experience Design: Help create and refine user experiences across platforms, focusing on intuitive data visualizations and workflows.• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with team members and stakeholders to align on goals and support the user experience.• Translate Complexity into Simplicity: Assist in transforming complex information into clear, user-friendly interactions, workflows, and visuals.• Prototyping & Implementation: Creating wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with developers to bring designs to life.• Learn & Apply Data-Driven Design: Inquisitee to learn and leverage data insights and research to support informed design decisions that improve user satisfaction.• Gain Exposure to Design Systems: Learn about maintaining consistent design standards and contribute to our design system.Who You Are:• User-Focused: You keep the end-user in mind and are passionate about creating accessible, customer-centered designs.• Eager to Learn: You're comfortable with ambiguity and excited to develop your skills across various design disciplines.• Collaborative & Communicative: You're a team player with strong communication skills and an interest in learning to effectively present design concepts.• Detail-Oriented: You focus on accuracy in your designs and strive to ensure quality in every project.Qualifications:• 1-2 years of experience in UX design or related field, with basic skills in visual design and prototyping.• Familiarity with Figma, Axure, Adobe CS, or similar tools.• Basic understanding of design systems and interest in learning to maintain cohesive design standards.• Strong communication skills and eagerness to share ideas and learn from team members.• A portfolio showcasing relevant design case studies.Location : New York, NY (Onsite)Compensation :$60.00 - $65.00 per hour on W2.Benefits :At LanceSoft, full time regular employees who work a minimum of 30 hours a week or more are entitled to the following benefits:• Four options of medical Insurance• Dental and Vision Insurance• 401k Contributions• Critical Illness Insurance• Voluntary Permanent Life Insurance• ccident Insurance• Other Employee PerksAbout LanceSoftLanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
