Vice President, Finance

As the Vice President of Finance, you'll lead strategic financial initiatives, manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across all our travel centers and restaurants. You'll partner with executive leadership to evaluate capital projects and oversee risk management while developing financial strategies to support growth.

Candidates for the Vice President of Finance position should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with an MBA, CPA, or CMA being preferred. Additionally, a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a high-growth, operational setting is essential, alongside expertise in real estate finance.

We prefer candidates who have experience with franchise models, fuel retail, or service center operations. Familiarity with ERP system implementation and knowledge of cost accounting and unit economics can also greatly enhance your profile for this role.

In this role, financial leadership entails evaluating new market expansions and capital projects, developing financial models to assist in decision-making, and enhancing operational efficiencies while guiding the company through its growth trajectory.
