Tax Manager (Hybrid Flexibility)

Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager with strong leadership skills to oversee and manage our tax function. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, developing tax strategies, and managing the preparation and filing of tax returns. The Tax Manager will also lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices in tax compliance. This position offers 3 days of remote work each week.

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
