Real Estate/Business Lawyer (Full-Time, Permanent)

Are you a real estate attorney with business law experience in search of a new firm to put down roots? Latitude is seeking an experienced real estate/business lawyer to join a Pennsylvania-based boutique law firm located in Montgomery County, PA. Interested candidates must have 7 years of experience in real estate/zoning and general business litigation. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills are a must. Candidates must be licensed to practice and in good standing in Pennsylvania. A minimum portable book of business of $300,000 is preferred but not required.Requirements for the Real Estate/Business Lawyer:• 7 years of real estate/zoning and general business litigation experience• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania required• J.D. from an accredited law school• Must be a team player; willing to work collaboratively with colleagues• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional law firm settingPosition Details of the Real Estate/Busiuness Lawyer:• Type of Role: Permanent• Schedule: Full-time• Location: Colmar, PA (in-person or hybrid)Compensation:• Pay: The base salary for this role is between $110,000 to $125,000 plus incentive bonus based upon performance.
