The Sales Training and Performance Project Manager is responsible for developing, managing and delivering a variety of sales training initiatives, tools and resources to support the success of the sales organization. This position is key to ensuring that sales teams are equipped with the skills, knowledge and resources necessary to achieve high performance. This role includes overseeing Salesforce CRM adoption and usage, participating in the development and delivery of sales training programs, developing sales tools and supporting performance initiatives by using data and insights to create a culture of continuous improvement.Experience is Everything:At LCS, experience is everything. You'll find several opportunities to grow as a professional, serve the community, and enhance the lives of the seniors.The Role:• Design, develop and deliver Salesforce CRM training, tools and resources to ensure sales teams are proficient in using the system.• Oversee Salesforce CRM usage within the sales organization, communicate best practices and provide training and support related to updates, integrations and special projects.• Act as a sales trainer and coach, offering guidance and support to sales teams to improve skills and performance.• Create and maintain high-quality training materials, presentations and documentation.• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs to ensure measurable improvements in sales performance.• Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in sales training, adult learning techniques and the senior living industry to ensure training content is impactful.• Lead the development and management of essential sales tools to support the sales process, ensuring they are current and aligned with best practices.• Develop content for the online learning system and the monthly marketing and sales newsletter, ensuring relevant, engaging and actionable information is shared with the sales teams.• In partnership with the Data Analytics Team, project manage lead scoring initiatives, including developing training materials, overseeing the rollout of the tool to new users and tracking its effectiveness.• Manage the mystery shopping programs, including developing the annual strategy, collecting data on sales performance, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to improve sales performance.• Manage data gathering and analysis for the sales awards and rewards programs, ensuring performance data is accurately tracked.• Oversee call center initiatives, managing the vendor, coordinating training for new users and ensuring effective integration into the sales process.• Project manage the SMART peer training program, including managing membership, engagement and the assignment of resources.• Oversee the use of video coaching tools to support continuous improvement of sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.• Lead the Sales Engagement Steering Committee, managing membership, scheduling meetings, leading calls and ensuring action items are addressed.• Analyze sales performance data and training effectiveness to measure impact, identify trends, gaps and areas for improvement.• Utilize Jira to track and manage projects to ensure initiatives are progressing as planned and deadlines are met.• Advance the execution of the sales engagement strategic planExperience:• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications, business or related field, or equivalent experience• Minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience required. Experience in the senior living industry or in a sales training role preferredKnowledge & Skills:• Ability to facilitate both in-person and virtual training for small and large groups required.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and train effectively in various settings (live, virtual, written) required.• Proficiency in instructional design techniques, especially those aligned with adult learning principles required.• In-depth understanding of sales processes, tools and best practices, especially within the senior living industry preferred.• Strong understanding of how to measure the success of sales with a focus on driving measurable results required.• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, inspire and influence others.• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a focus on results required.• Strong focus on customer service, ensuring that training programs meet the needs of the sales teams and support the organization's culture of hospitality required.• High level of competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Power Point, Excel) and familiarity with other relevant training technologies and tools required.• High level of proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM is required.Why LCSIndustry leader.
